Communication is core to my creative practice as an artist.
I am passionate about sharing my ideas and experiences of inventing, making, devising and performing with as wide a group of people as I am able to.
.
I believe in the absolute necessity of creativity within society.
My motivation is towards all people having access to the highest level of creative and artistic education, irrespective of race, gender, ethnicity, beliefs, mental or physical ability or social standing.
For many years I have created and delivered modules focused on the design, fabrication and performance of puppetry within a number of London’s most highly respected Performing Arts Schools.
I have shared my experiences and knowledge as a multi disciplinarian artist within the programmes of prodigious Communications, Design and Visual Arts University Courses.
Parallel to this work in the professional creative industry higher education sector I contribute within the learning programmes many respected organisations with members representing the autistic and learning disabled communities and physical disability communities which, not only have a huge and positive influence on the lives of so many people, but also bring me a great deal of joy.
I have over the years delivered workshops to older aged persons in community group settings and to children of all ages on art making, puppet making and puppetry and theatre performance at schools and outside of schools programmes.
I am an adept and confident public speaker and have been asked to be a guest speaker for daytime and evening events from small boutique creative agencies, larger corporate settings to sophisticated private members clubs.
