Floating Responsive Prototype is an experiment in using water as a ‘platform’ for motion to happen. Simple, yet so subtle that it responds to my casual movements around the studio. Part of early explorations towards a precise and fluid responsive mechanism interface.

In this early stages prototype I’m experimenting with centrifugal force, Through a rotation movement of the fingers a surface of red below the yellow and above the blue is exposed and increases/decreases depending on the speed of rotation. A scale monument in bronze tribute to a wood lice expression of the small a large room

To recognise To make a decision based on this thing through shape, form, proposition. Imaginary creatures I made a thing I made this thing up feeling that much of the realisation presented is illusory I deceive This creature exists only in this representation, if convincing then perhaps it is a hoax: pretending to possess an authenticity within the real. (Otherwise, this is an undiscovered creature, which may very well become extinct prior to ever being scientifically documented.) It only exists as this.
